What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer (invoice billing) is standard. Credit card and installment payments are available upon request.
When is payment due?
Typically, 50% upfront at contract signing and 50% upon delivery and acceptance. Monthly contracts are billed at month-end, due end of the following month.
Are there any additional costs?
Additional costs may apply for significant changes or additions beyond the original scope. We always provide an estimate for approval before proceeding.
Can you work within a limited budget?
Yes, we can propose solutions within your budget, such as phased development starting with the highest-priority features.
How much does ongoing maintenance cost?
It depends on scope, but from ¥50,000 per month as a guide. Standard covers monitoring, minor fixes, and email support; Pro (from ¥150,000 per month) adds automated monitoring with alerts around the clock, feature additions up to 10 hours a month, and emergency response.
