AX & DX for Training Providers

AX & DX for Training Providers

We deliver training too, so we hit the same walls

We run subsidised AI and DX training ourselves. Redesigning a curriculum after a rule change, keeping attendance records in a form that survives review, maintaining the same content in four places — these are not abstract problems to us. We work with training providers on the systems and content behind all of it.

What we run into ourselves

Everything below is something we have had to solve for our own training business before proposing it to anyone else.

Moving a classroom course online is not a recording job

A recorded lecture loses the parts that made the room work — questions, pacing, and checking that people followed.

How we approach it

Rebuild the structure for self-paced learning first, then produce. We do this for our own courses.

Attendance records do not come out as the documents required

Logs exist inside the system, but turning them into what a reviewer asks for is manual work every time.

How we approach it

Design the records so the required documents fall out of normal operation, rather than being assembled afterwards.

The same content is maintained in several places

Slides, workbooks, the LMS and the sales page each hold their own copy of the same material.

How we approach it

Hold the content once in a headless CMS and generate each output from it.

Generic AI training no longer qualifies

Since the August 2026 revision, training that stops at concepts is not eligible; it has to connect to the trainee's job.

How we approach it

We redesigned our own curriculum per job role for exactly this, and can help you do the same.

What we offer

We are a training provider too

We run subsidised AI and DX training, so the operational questions — curriculum design under the rules, attendance records, the paperwork — are ones we answer for ourselves.
