Yoshihisa Kaino
Started taking on client work as a web engineer and UX/UI designer in 2018, and incorporated in 2022. In 2024 he founded a training company for AI-assisted development, delivered it to major SIers and enterprises, and sold it within a year. At Preferred he led the ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS) certification. He also runs the company's café, real estate and EC businesses, and feeds the mistakes he has made there — in booking, stock and customer support — back into design. As a lifelong project he has brought education to over 50 schools, 3,000 children and 500 teachers. There are 27 media and speaking entries.
