Yoshihisa Kaino

Born in 2001 in Hyogo, Japan. Graduated from N High School (Entrepreneurship Club, Active Learner certified) by Kadokawa Dwango Gakuen, and Keio University Faculty of Environment and Information Studies (Masui Lab).

Started freelancing as a web engineer, UX/UI designer, and IT adoption consultant (DX) in April 2018. As projects grew in scale, incorporated as Preferred Inc. in November 2022. As CEO, he oversees everything from management strategy, DX consulting, and AI adoption support to launching in-house businesses (café, real estate), and led the acquisition of ISMS (ISO 27001) certification.

In October 2024, founded Extem Inc. to promote AI-driven development, delivering training programs to major system integrators and enterprises. Successfully sold the company within one year of launch. In October 2025, established AIO Research Inc. to drive the social implementation of AI technology, serving as CEO. In December 2025, appointed AI Officer of The Mathematics Certification Institute of Japan. In October 2026, appointed CAIO (Chief AI Officer) of Macbee Planet, Inc.

As a lifelong mission, founded NPO New Creator Org in 2019. Has delivered hands-on programming and STEAM education workshops at over 50 schools nationwide, reaching more than 3,000 children, and provided training to over 500 educators. Since 2023, has also focused on generative AI education.
